By registering as a user or submitting to PFIS 2026, you acknowledge that the symposium organisers will collect and manage your personal information for symposium administration, including account registration, submission management, peer review, program development, communication, and recordkeeping.

The personal information we may collect includes your name, email address, institutional affiliation, country or region, submission details, correspondence, and any other information you choose to provide through the submission or registration system.

Personal information may be accessed by authorised members of the steering committee, the conference chairs, reviewers, and system administrators. If your submission is accepted, your name, affiliation, submission title, and a short abstract may be included in the symposium program or other public-facing symposium materials.
